Mr. Reynolds is a fourth-generation lawyer. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of the Southeastern Conference and NCAA Championship Track & Field Team. Mr. Reynolds went on to receive a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Alabama and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. He is a founding member of Evans, Jones & Reynolds.
Mr. Reynolds practices extensively in the areas of taxation, business and estate planning, business organizations, business transactions, contracts, and estate and probate law. Mr. Reynolds is a past-president of the Nashville Estate Planning Council, and he is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation. He has an AV Preeminent rating for ethical standards and legal ability by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Litigation & Controversy-Tax, Tax Law and Trusts and Estate) and in Mid-South Super Lawyers (Tax, Estate Planning & Probate, and Closely-Held Business).
Mr. Reynolds is active in numerous community activities, including the Boy Scouts of America, where he has served as an Assistant Scoutmaster, and the First Presbyterian Church In Nashville, where he has served as a deacon.
