Mr. Wlodarczyk is a 2011 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, and a 2003 graduate of the University of Portland. Before attending law school, Mr. Wlodarczyk worked as an educator.
After law school, Mr. Wlodarczyk served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers in Nashville. He entered private practice in 2012, became a partner at Cornelius & Collins, LLP, and joined Evans, Jones & Reynolds in 2020. Mr. Wlodarczyk has repeatedly been named a “Rising Star” in the area of business litigation by Super Lawyers, and is an alumnus of the Nashville Bar Foundation’s Leadership Forum.
Mr. Wlodarczyk’s practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses in the following matters:
-- Business litigation, contract disputes, and litigation arising from failed investments, business transactions, and real estate transactions.
-- Business transactions, including drafting contracts and leases, and advising clients on the purchase and sale of assets and entities.
-- Partnership disputes, and the resolution of disagreements between co-owners of businesses.
-- Regulatory and licensing compliance for businesses, and professional licensing and professional malpractice defense for individuals.
-- Advising clients on employment matters, such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and litigating such agreements to protect client interests.
Mr. Wlodarczyk also has substantial experience representing health care providers, practice groups, and hospitals in a wide range of contested matters, and has previously represented individuals who were seriously hurt by the carelessness of others.
When not practicing law, Mr. Wlodarczyk is an avid rower, and is part of the Nashville Rowing Club, a tax-exempt organization dedicated to helping local rowers and scullers compete at the national and international level.
